This Nystagmus Awareness Day we’re asking you to Step Up For Nystagmus

While every case of nystagmus is different, for most people the effect of nystagmus on depth perception means that negotiating stairs can be a challenge. In the lead up to Nystagmus Awareness Day on 20 June, we’re asking you to join us as we ‘Step Up For Nystagmus’ to raise funds for nystagmus and raise awareness of this aspect of the condition.

How to ‘Step Up For Nystagmus’

– commit to walking up and down the stairs at work (or using your stairs at home) for 15 minutes a day every day till 20 June download a sponsorship form here

– challenge yourself to walk 15 minutes each day till 20 June help us walk 500 miles here

– decide on your chosen challenge and set up a Justgiving page

– set yourself a daily steps target and count your steps connect your Fitbit to your Justgiving page

– ask your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you download a sponsorship form here
