Following the postponement of the Nystagmus Network Annual General Meeting 2020-2021 on Saturday 25 October, notice is hereby given that members of the Nystagmus Network are warmly invited to join trustees to attend the Annual General Meeting at 1pm on Saturday 6 November online and exercise their right to vote.

- Statement of Accounts: VP introduced the statement of accounts for 2019. There were no questions and these were accepted
- Trustees annual report: TC introduced the annual report for 2019. There were no questions and this was accepted.
- Trustees: As per the Nystagmus Network’s revised constitution, 3 trustees stood for re-election. These were:

Claire Brinn
Vicky Pitman
Those present were asked to raise their hands if in favour of the appointment of the above-named trustees.
The vote was passed and the trustees appointed.
- Changes to Trustee Appointments:
- VJ noted that, during the year, Mary Elliott stood down as a trustee on health grounds. VJ expressed her thanks for all Mary’s work and the hope that she would consider returning to the board of trustees in future
- Dan Williams has been appointed as trustee of the charity during 2020
- Alison Leary was appointed and resigned as a trustee due to work pressures, during 2020.
