Are you looking for a new opportunity to use your energy, time, skills and talent?
The Nystagmus Network is recruiting trustees to guide and direct the charity’s work in the areas of support and awareness-raising.
The skills, talent and experience the Nystagmus Network is interested in are:
- Special Educational Needs
- Mental Health
- Social Impact
- Event Management
- Campaigning
For people considering offering their services as a potential Trustee, the minimum time commitments are one full Saturday four times a year, an evening or daytime phone call every 6 weeks, attendance at beneficiary events and support for Nystagmus Awareness Day. Trustees also have legal responsibilities under charity law.
If you would like to have an informal chat about becoming a trustee, then please drop us an email at [email protected]. We will then be in touch.
We welcome interest from people with and without nystagmus. All appointments are subject to a DBS check.
If you’re ready to apply to become a trustee please email us now at [email protected] with a brief summary of how you would like to get involved and the skills and experience you have to offer.
