Clinical Vision Scientist and Research Orthoptist
MSc Clinical Ophthalmology
I have 16 years’ experience as an Orthoptist with specialisms in vision assessment and vision development. I have a number of publications in the field of Paediatric Ophthalmology, Orthoptics and Ocular genetics and has presented findings at national and international conferences. I have achieved a number of qualifications, including a PhD in visual crowding and idiopathic nystagmus. I hope through my findings and continued investigation of nystagmus eye movements we can develop tools to improve access to education and daily tasks and improve vision screening.
