Nystagmus Network trustee, Tim Cuddeford, will be running the London Vitality 10k for the charity on 27 May next year.

- have a close connection with nystagmus or have the condition yourself
- be willing to set up a Justgiving page for your sponsors
- commit to raise at least £250
